(We highly recommend that you attend the calls live, but in case it is not possible, a recording will be sent to you).

SOME FAQs
Do I have to be completely raw for all 3 days ?
This is totally up to you. You could go completely raw or commit to 1-2 raw meals a day and pace the challenge out for yourself.
We have given 3 bonus cooked, grain free meals so you could do 2 raw and 1 cooked meal too.
What kind of meals/recipes can I expect in the challenge ? We have worked really hard to give you a good variety of tastes and textures which include smoothies, salads, wraps, soups and desserts. You definitely wont starve in this challenge, in fact you will be delighted with the possibilities with just fruits and vegetables.
Can anyone sign up for this ? You need to be above 18 years to sign up. If you have any lifestyle disease or gut related issues, we recommend you check with your medical practitioner before signing up.
